Movies are a lot, but only a handful talks about wedding. But, when they do, it is presented with humor, love, and a little drama. What are the five movies you think will top people's list of movies perfect for their wedding themes? Here they go:

My Bestfriend's Wedding

This is one of the most popular, if not the most popular, movies with wedding themes. A lot of women can relate to the character of Julia Roberts in the movie: the man she falls in love with is her best friend and he's getting married with somebody else. Women knew this well: friends cannot be lovers. But, as someone who is deeply in love, she's willing to take all the risks just to win him. She failed at the end, but she did gain a new friend in his bride. The truth is hurting her, but, nevertheless, it is the truth.

Runaway Bride

Still a Julia Roberts movie, this film tells people one thing: before you walk down the altar and before you said yes to a wedding proposal, think long and hard. If not, you may end up just like Julia: running away from her groom(s). But what is so sweet about the movie is how Richard Gere goes out of his way to prevent Julia from escaping. That is what they call love, right?

Father of the Bride

A lot of fathers can see themselves in this movie. It is not easy to give your daughter to someone you do not know. It is not easy to think about the kind of life she will have with a man she only met three months ago. Overprotective, yes, but that is what fathers are for. But, at the end, fathers may realize, their daughters are already grown up and need to live a life of their own.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding

This hilarious movie presents a closely-knit family, involving themselves in the wedding preparations of the bride and the groom. As expected, the interference has gone overboard that everything and everyone is in hysteria. But, as they say, all's well that ends well. The wedding took place.

The Bachelor

Imagine yourself running from thousands of women wearing bridal gown? This is hilarious. But, as a bachelor who will acquire a huge asset from his grandfather…why surprise? Everyone wants to be your bride, of course. Bachelors can relate to this movie. They can laugh their hearts out, but take note, they, too, can feel the same fear Chris O'Donnell felt if the same thing happens to them. Good thing he has the 'real' bride ready.

People love to watch movies. Women love romantic comedies, especially those with wedding themes because they can relate to these types of movies. Only a handful, especially women, will say they have not seen these five movies with wedding themes. All of them were able to invade the hearts of the hopeless romantics and the young at heart.
